Learners must be 16 years of age or over.
Learners must have no or love level qualifications.
NZ Resident, Resident class Visa or Refugee.
Graduates of this programme will have the skills and confidence to enrol in a programme leading to qualifications at Level 1 on the NZQA New Zealand Qualification Framework.
